SUPPLIERS AND CLIENTS:
In relation to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID 19) and following the recommendations of the World Health Organization and national health authorities, Oleoestepa SCA immediately applies a contingency plan with certain actions to reduce exposure and mitigate the risk for the health of its clients, employees and suppliers.
OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this report is to assess the risk and propose measures to prevent and control possible exposure to biological risk in relation to the new coronavirus COVID-19. Additionally, if necessary, prevention and control measures will be proposed to guarantee the safety and health of workers.
The recommendations of the health authorities on the advisability of controlling the biological agent in order to protect the health of workers who are or may be exposed to said agent due to their work will be taken into account.
VISIT TO FACILITIES
As access, those enabled at the entrance to the offices / reception will always be used to make the corresponding registration of visits, being prohibited to use any other, such as access doors to warehouses or the like. Temporary visits are all suspended.
Access to the production area by non-Oleoestepa personnel is prohibited.
To request exceptional access from people outside the company, it must be presented and approved by the quality manager, plant manager or R & D manager and only if they are operators of machinery and always registering in the guest book at reception.
You should wash your hands according to the instructions given in the leaflet of regulations for visitors given before entering the production area.
You must refrain from touching equipment, utensils, raw materials or finished products.
PROVISION OF SERVICES
To guarantee the continuity and provision of services, Oleoestepa SCA is in permanent contact with its suppliers to coordinate the necessary measures to guarantee the continuity of the activity.
In the scenario that a supplier detects that they have had a COVID 19 contagion episode, they must immediately inform Oleoestepa SCA so that we can take appropriate measures according to our internal protocol.
Information regarding the safety and prevention measures that our employees must take has been provided to all work centers and an internal action protocol against the virus has been created.
These guidelines may vary depending on what is recommended from the health authorities. Based on these, Oleoestepa SCA will adapt its protocols and inform clients of the changes.
Oleoestepa SCA works to maintain, as far as possible, the continuity of the services provided.
MEETINGS
Oleoestepa SCA temporarily postpones all meetings of its employees with external personnel within the work centers, leaving all scheduled appointments canceled until further notice. In the case of the appointments of associates to fulfill the aid of the PAC 2020 they are all postponed until a new order is issued. Attendance at events or congresses is also restricted, as well as attendance at public forums such as conferences, conventions or training courses.
It is also recommended, as far as possible, to hold meetings, via the use of technological means that the employees of Oleoestepa SCA have available.
